Development squad’s Germany trip

A team of junior paddlers from Misgund and Border Canoe Club, ECCU, were recently afforded the trip of a lifetime.

From 28th June to 11 July they attended a sprint tour to Landes Kanu Verband in Germany to participate in a Sprint Regatta and training camp.

The team was by Beth Burton and Joseph Williams and they produced these great results.

1: Junior K4 u/16 500m 3rd.
2:  Leonard and Gurswhin K2 u/16 5000 3rd.
3: Josie Williams (Also coach at Misgund) just missed podium and finished in 4th place, K1 5000m.
