SA Schools Sprint Champs 2015

SA School Sprints Accommodation

Cabin
Sleeps 12 people on bunk beds.
R150 per person per night or R1800 for the unit
Your own bedding must be supplied.

Rowing  Facility
For large schools with big groups.
R4500 per night for the unit (minimum of 30 people)
R150 extra per person per night to the maximum of 60 people.
Own kitchen
1 separate room for coaches
Eating area
Own showers and toilets
Own Bedding is required.

Camping
R70 per person per night.
Own extension cord is required for electricity.
5 x clean Ablution blocks on premises that are serviced 3 x daily.

Safari Camp
R1200 per chalet sleeping 8.
R150 per night for extra person in chalet.
4 open plan chalets with on suit bathrooms
4 open plan chalets with Communal bathrooms.
Bunk beds own bedding is required.

Meals for SA school & SA senior sprints 2015.

Meals will be served at the Academy or at other accommodation offered by the Academy.

Breakfast:
Option 1: R35
Cereal, yoghurt and fruit salad , Tea, coffee, juice
Option 2: R30
Bacon and egg Roll , Tea , coffee, juice

Bacon and egg Roll R20

Lunch: R25
Chicken Burgers
Beef Burgers
Vet Koek and mince

Dinner: R70
Night 1:
Chicken Stew with a side salad and a juice.
Night 2
Chicken ala king with a side salad and a juice.
Night 3:
Beef Stew and salad and a juice.
